What is your favorite memory of the Sound?
“My favorite memory of Long Island Sound is spending time with my grandparents on their boat. As a child, all I wanted for my birthdays was to go for a boat ride with my grandparents and it made me so happy to just be out on the water. Later in life I found that the best way to spend a summer evenings on the Sound was to hangout with my grandparents on their boat and listen to stories about their life adventures. Some nights we didn’t even need to leave the dock, just being on a boat in the water with good people was all we needed.”
